Grab a copy of this 32 page FREE sample workout, Free Turbulence Training Workout.

Here are some great videos from Craig Ballantyne, the creator of Turbulence Training:

This style of training may go against what you have been taught in the past or even what you have been doing, but the key is that it actually works. Be honest, don’t you see people in the gym walking on the treadmill for hours and hours, only to look the same month in and month out? It’s time for you to actually make some progress and quit wasting time.

Here’s a list of other videos for you to check out!

Here’s another Free Report from Craig that will open your eyes a little about cardio training. What can I say, the guy likes to give stuff away!

After reading, you may want to change your style of training when it comes to cardio and losing weight!

Right on the money. Cardio has its place, but endless hours of it will just wear out your joints. Do resistance exercise, eat like a horse, build enough muscle and excess body fat will be a thing of the past.

I have bought this program, and found it to be amazing.

What is the success rate of doing it this way? I used to work at a gym and almost all of the trainers told me that cardio was the only way to really burn fat. I still have problem areas that a treadmill can’t help, but before I buy something, I want to know if it really works

Thanks

Gia,
As with any program the success rate is going to vary depending on how much you follow the routine. If you actually do the program, it will work incredibly well. The reason that Turbulence Training works so well is because it puts a huge “Metabolic Disturbance” on your muscles. And then after the workout is over, your muscles have to work very hard (burning calories) to return your body to normal.

It combines resistance training and interval training to help you lose fat and sculpt your body. People using Turbulence Training find it much easier to burst through fat loss plateaus because of this. Most programs are high-volume, low-intensity, and don’t stress the muscle the same way Turbulence Training workouts will do.

So when you switch from long, slow, boring cardio to Turbulence Training, you have a potent stimulus to kick-start fat loss – no matter how stubborn it was in the past. Another thing to keep in mind is that if you are not satisfied with the results, you can get your money back within 60 days. You can’t lose because if you really do the workouts, you will never want to do chronic cardio on the treadmill again.

Hope this helps!

That’s great! Its amazing how our knowledge expands and the way to exercise does too

The turbulence training is awesome, if I had to compare to something similar, I think it would be a cross of Biggest Loser and P90X. I have personally tried some of his routines in my personal program, the results are great.

Yeah! I’m glad this is finally catching on. It’s better for you then cardio alone and does save time! Try Tabata yet?

Building tabata style exercises into almost any exercise routine is easy. I have heard that tabata exercises give you a longer sustainable metabolic burn rate. It is amazing that doing something for such a short period of time can give such benefits. I find that tabata has also really helped me with building my cardio endurance.

Kelly,

I love these sorts of exercises, really intense, get your whole body going, and are fun to do. Much better than anything with cardio machines.

Burpees are great – here’s another variation, pressup at the bottom, tuck jump instead of normal jump. Killer!

I’m having a look now at this program – looks very interesting.

Thanks for the information!
