I can’t wait to start my exercise program. My doctor actually advised it to help lower my blood pressure! I’ll be keeping up with your blog – thanks!

I totally agree with having this disclaimer…. unfortunately, that’s the world we livein today. Someone reads or eats something that doesn’t workout to their advantage and then they want to sue you.

But, also who better than your doctor to advise you to help reach your fitness goals.

Agreed. Consult your physician before you try any exercises you read online, most of the time they are not professionals. Your physician will be able to help with your exercise regime.
