Happy to join hands with a trainer who’s an enthusiastic IF’er like myself. Appreciate your email blasts but did want to make one comment. I myself don’t see anything ‘unhealthy’ about daily dinner-to-dinner fasts. Lots of folks have enjoyed success on one, larger meal a day. Now, I myself have not gone quite that far. I typically fast about 18-20 hours a day and enjoy a large meal and a light meal in that small window. And this approach has kick-started further, rapid weight-loss since switching form fasting 16 hours and enjoying three meals in an eight-hour window.
