Kelly 150x150 AboutFitnessoverhaul.com is dedicated to the thirty or forty somethings like me that are ready to make a real change in their life. Over thirty doesn’t have to mean overweight. You can still lose fat and get in the best shape of your life. I have been training with weights ever since I was around 14 and still love to lift, but I now do things differently than I used to. Like most people, I have seen my body go through changes as I get older. I have even slacked off a little at times and gained more fat around my waist than I normally have. I decided to take control and quit buying in to the mindset about getting older and gaining fat. I am now in the best shape of my life with a great balance of  muscle while being leaner than most twenty years olds.

This blog is dedicated to showing you through my own experiences and life, how I am able to stay in such great shape and more importantly how you can too. Whether you’re a man or woman, you can lose weight and get in shape regardless of your age or past attempts at losing fat and increasing muscle tone. I know what it’s like to be busy with the kids, spouse, and work while still trying to find time to workout. I will show you how you can achieve your fitness goals in minimal time without taking too much time out of your day.

This site is in the format of a ‘weblog’ so that each time I post new information, it will come to the top of the front page. This means that you can check back here frequently to see new updates to the information found here.

You can navigate through the site by using the menus on the sides of the page. Also don’t hesitate to follow the links you see in bold throughout each post to learn more about the product being spoken about.

    I am totally enjoying reading your site. I just found it and am trying to read all of your info. Thank you so much for giving my mind something to chew on. I especially like the ones on goals. I too have been doing the intermittent fast with fantastic results! It is very rare to find like minded people on the subject. I can’t say thank you enough and look forward to all of your insights.
