There are really only three keys to weight loss. If you read my e-book, 3 Step Weight Loss, which you can get by simply clicking on the link over there to the right, you can actually add a fourth one. This fourth one would be the right mindset and mental attitude, which I will save for a future post.
The other three would be:
- Eat less calories than you burn
- Resistance training
- Eat enough protein
In my opinion, eating less calories is the most important part of this three step equation, and this is what I am going to discuss in this post. There are many different methods that you can use to decrease your daily caloric intake, but most of them are not viable long term solutions. If it is something that you need to have incredible will power to sustain, let’s face it, it’s only a matter of time before you are back to overeating again. And you’re never going to get the type of abs that this guy has if your diet isn’t under control!

It doesn’t have to be a struggle though! You can do it and you can get a body like this, really! I have found that intermittent fasting is the best way to decrease your calories. It is not only extremely effective, it is easy to do and also to incorporate in to your lifestyle. The problem with this type of fasting is that most people don’t know how to do it properly, so they just try and wing it. Don’t do that. There is a right way and a wrong way to fasting for permanent weight loss. Let’s learn more about the right way.

Thanks for the information about this diet. I had heard about it, but I really didn’t know what it was. It is good to know it works. It seems a lot easier to diet every other day vs. every day. I am eager to try it.
